What is the delivery time for my order?

We take up to two business days to process and ship your order. Then delivery takes an average of 3 business days.

Are there any delivery charges for my purchases?

Yes, shipping costs vary depending on the destination and quantity of products ordered.

How can I track my package?

You will receive a tracking number by email when your package is shipped.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can cancel or change your order if the artwork has not yet been validated. Please contact us for more information.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the email address: mxdesigns317@gmail.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes delivery can be delayed. You can however track your order and see where it is at any time from the tracking number that will have been sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

Our products are manufactured using eco-solvent printer, heated laminator and high-tech cutter to ensure precise cutting and perfect finishing.
